Cashier says he doesn't have access to open machine to leave name and number and the manager would call the next day. I go back in and ask if the manager was in the guy standing there said no. So I told him the manager was supposed to call and told him what happened. He then says oh I meant to call you. Then said there was no ticket stuck in the machine so there is nothing he can do. Then tells me u can call corporate or MD lottery about it.
